DATAWING GAMES COPYRIGHT STATEMENT
Nature of the service
Datawing Games operates as an educational museum, community hub, and directory index for historical computing culture. The service helps users locate retro software titles that can be played online through third‑party platforms.
We do not host, store, modify, or distribute retro software binaries on our servers. We do not host emulation software on our servers.
Emulator Intellectual Property Policy
The copyright in individual games or software and the intellectual property relating to the emulation of older hardware are distinct matters.
All emulation frameworks linked through the Datawing Games hub are standalone software projects operating under their own licence terms. Links are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. We do not host or distribute emulator code, nor do we claim any rights in the emulation of historical video game consoles or computers.
Game Copyright Policy
Datawing Games makes no claim to the intellectual property contained in any individual game or software title.
Directory listings aim to reference titles that are no longer actively marketed by their original manufacturers or current rights holders. Listings are based on publicly available information and community knowledge; they do not constitute a legal determination of copyright status.
If a title re‑enters modern commercial distribution (for example, via Steam, official compilations, or plug‑and‑play consoles), we may proactively remove, restrict, or redirect the directory listing.
Rights Holder Contact
We respect intellectual property. If you are a rights holder and wish to request removal of a directory link, please contact our support page or our administrator at 07650812. We will review and act on all requests promptly.
